  • WHERE: The Koa Store ships merchandise ordered ONLINE only to locations within the United States and not to international locations.

    HOW: The Koa Store currently uses the US Postal Service for shipping merchandise ordered off the website. We offer the options of Priority and Express Mail. The USPS takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to deliver via Priority Mail from the date shipped. USPS Express Mail takes approximately 2 business days.

    WHEN: If the items ordered are currently in stock, the order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. With Priority shipping, your order could arrive in approximately 4 to 7 business days - Express Mail would arrive in approximately 3 to 4 business days. If the merchandise ordered is not in stock, creating the out of stock item will be placed towards the top of the project list and you will be notified of the expected date of shipping. Should out of stock items be delayed any further for reasons outside of The Koa Store control (e.g. raw material shortage, etc.), we will attempt to contact you within 2 business days of your order to find out your preference in handling the order.
